Product information
Not all our products are yet available for sale in the webshop but that does not mean that we don’t have them on stock. Therefore feel free to write the item name or item number in the comment field when you finalize your order and we will add it when we send you the order confirmation.
We have several certificates and technical documentation for all consumables and many spare parts. Feel free to request this in the comment field when you finalize your order or write an email to consumables@flexowash.com or service@flexowash.com. Then we will send it to you when we also send you the final order confirmation.
Please find this info at each product site as the quantity that can be filled on a ½ pallet or a full pallet varies with the container size.
Please send an email to consumables@flexowash.com with the item number or product name of the cleaning liquid you need a SDS for. Please also write which language you prefer. Then we will get back to you with the latest version.
Commercial terms
Please write an email to consumables@flexowash.com if you need a quotation for cleaning liquids and filters. If you need a quotation for spare parts please write an email to service@flexowash.com. You can add all the products you need a quotation for to the cart and send a screenshot of the cart.
Our webshop is a standard solution provided for several customers. Therefore terms and conditions mentioned in the webshop are not always customized 100% according to valid agreements. Feel free to inform us about any customized terms or conditions that we have not yet mentioned correctly in the webshop in the comment field when you finalize your order.
We are able to supply a number of different certificates upon your request. Please note that some shipping certificates such as Certificate of Origin, Export Declaration or ATR may come with a cost. It is a great help for us if you mention the certificates you need in the comment field when you finalize your order. The price of the certificate will then be mentioned on the order confirmation.
You can pay your order as you are used to pay when dealing with Flexo Wash before going via our webshop. So by bank transfer, before shipment or via invoice depending on the payment terms agreed between you and Flexo Wash.

Opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.00 - 16.00 CET and Fridays from 8.00 - 15.30 CET.
Shipping and delivery
A Flexo Wash colleague will send you a final order confirmation when we have checked your order, and after this our goal is to have your order packed within two business days. In rare occasions, if we do not have enough liquid on stock, it might take longer. Then we will of course inform you.
- For small packages (e.g., spare parts) packed before 14:00 CET, they will typically be picked up on the same day as packing.
- Shipments with pallets via road are usually picked up the following day after packing, if packing is completed before 14:00 CET.
- Shipments with pallets via sea/air will be picked up within the next few days after packing, depending on when the next sea/air departure is scheduled.
Please note that while the above reflects our standard procedure, there may be instances where shipping may take longer.
The freight providers we use in each location will vary so that we can offer the best service possible for your location and depending on how time-sensitive your order is.
Order tracking options will vary depending on the chosen freight mode. Typically, our shipping department or designated freight provider will contact you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). Should you require an ETA for your order or wish to ascertain approximate transit times prior to placing your order, please reach out to our shipping department at shipping@flexowash.com.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Denmark, Skoedstrup 8541. However, in select instances, goods may be fulfilled through local stocks worldwide.
No, our standard freight rates do not cover taxes and duties. If you prefer to have your order shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), please reach out to our shipping department at shipping@flexowash.com. Kindly specify in your inquiry that you require a freight rate for a DDP shipment.
If any items are damaged during transit, please promptly inform the delivery driver, and ensure they document the damage with pictures.
Immediately thereafter, contact us to initiate a claim process. We will then request from you all necessary information, and we will thoroughly investigate the matter.
Rest assured, our warehouse diligently packs all goods to minimize the occurrence of transit damage.
