The cleaning liquid is developed to deep clean aniloxes and gravure cylinders in the automated cleaning machine with particularly low chemical oxygen demand in waste water.
It is a water based strong alkaline liquid based on special tensides. It is designed to crack and loosen the dried ink in the cells of the anilox with low foaming.
The liquid is aggressive to light metals.
The liquid must be mixed with water 1:1 before usage in the machine.
