The liquid is developed to safely clean various press parts in the in an automated cleaning machine. It is an environmentally friendly substitude for solvents with extremely good capabilities of dissolving ink. Works well on difficult solvent based inks such as PVB type. The liquid is not corrosive and is harmless to all types of metal. The liquid is approved for use in an automated plate wash machine.
Parts wash:
If the machine is equipped with two tanks (Wash & Rinse) we recommend to use the same type of liquid in both tanks. Optionally the parts can be rinsed with water.
Plate wash:
The rinse section of the plate wash machine must work with water. Change the rinse water regularly.
